Heavenly Father, I come to You as I am.

I have sinned, and I need Your forgiveness.

I believe Jesus is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that You raised Him from the dead.

I turn from my sin and put my trust in Jesus.

Jesus, I welcome You into my life as my Lord and Savior.

Forgive me, make me new, and help me follow You.

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me each day.

Thank You for loving me and making me Your child.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
